Toronto issues $1.248 billion of building permits in August

The City of Toronto issued building permits valued at $1,247,703,564.41 in August.

Four permits were for projects valued at $100 million or greater, the largest a $245 million permit for an apartment building at 1095 Leslie St.

Urban Toronto reports this project is Chateau, the third and final building in Auberge on the Park, an under-construction buy ambien US complex of three towers of 29, 39 and 45 stories.

Tridel and Rowntree Enterprises are the developers for the structures designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects.
