Amexon Development Corporation’s Missoni Sky project has received international recognition, winning awards in Paris, London and Toronto for its design and presentation spaces.
At the DNA Paris Design Awards 2025, Missoni Sky’s presentation gallery, designed by Toronto-based firm II BY IV DESIGN, was named winner in the interior design category. The space was recognized for its art-inspired, multisensory approach combining fashion, architecture and design.
Lead designers Dan Menchions and Keith Rushbrook accepted the award at the Paris ceremony earlier this month.

In London, Missoni Sky received the Best of Region award at the Society of British & International Interior Design Awards 2025, which recognized the project’s visual design and storytelling.
The project also won Best Presentation Centre at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction held in Toronto, highlighting its design within Ontario’s home-building industry.
“We are thrilled to receive these three awards,” said Ashling Evans, Amexon’s general manager of real estate development. “They all acknowledged our shared vision with Missoni to create spaces that truly embody the Missoni spirit.”
Missoni Sky, located in Toronto’s King-Jarvis Design District, is the first Missoni-branded residential project in Canada. The development follows previous Amexon projects recognized for sustainable design and residential innovation.
