The reconstruction of approximately 9200 square metres of parking lot including the installation of concrete curb and gutter, raised traffic islands, asphalt paving, installation of electric vehicle charging stations and reinstatement of all areas disturbed during construction. Infrastructure works included installation of a storm sewer network with catch basins, oil/grit separators, and subdrain. Work completed also includes one tree in each of the raised traffic islands.
