Construction of a Waste Transfer Station consisting of:
The new Waste Transfer Station (WS) Construction will consist of:
9 m double wide chain link gate, and chain link fencing;
A raised ramp with a waste transfer station / waste deposition area for residential and commercial waste and recycling drop-off;
A concrete block retaining wall along raised ramp waste deposition area;
Metal guard rail systems;
Three (3) 10 m long, 3 m wide reinforced concrete pads;
Granular pad staging area for storage of equipment and bunkers for bulk wastes;
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Building with exterior propane canister storage;
1.8 m separated bunkers with pre-cast concrete lock blocks for storage of bulk recyclable items;
Storage Building with gasoline generator;
Attendant Kiosk with propane stove and solar lights and Portable Washroom, and:
Six (6) monitoring wells
