Crown Communities plans to build 11-storey Rouge neighbourhood condo

Crown Communities has proposed building an 11-storey condominium in Toronto’s Rouge neighbourhood.

Kirkor Architects Planners designed The Narrative Condos at 7437 Kingston Rd. in Dean Park.  It will have 422 units, Toronto Storeys has reported.

Construction is expected to start by September.
