Detail Of Services: IE080408_83696, Commissioning Services at Eastern Ontario Campus – Standing Offer Agreement Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at the Eastern Ontario Campus, National Capitol Region (NCR), Ontario: Commissioning Services for building envelopes, buildings systems, and specialty systems (mechanical, electrical, envelope, roof, fire alarm, water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, etc.).Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The SOA will be for a period of five (5) years with a maximum estimated value of $12,000,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional year periods and increased in the order of $7,000,000.00 at any time. There is no maximum call-up limit. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the Merx Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. The selected consultant will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of Secret, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Detail Of Services: The Town of Midland is looking to retain a consultant to design, produce construction drawings, supply and install a splash pad in 2026. This project is intended to be a design-build. The Town completed a Feasibility Study dated February 25, 2025, which is included in the attachments. The study outlines Little Lake Park is the ideal location for a large flow-through system splash pad as it can complement existing recreational infrastructure and provide alternative play options. The proposed location in the study requires the existing beach volleyball courts to be relocated or reduce the number of courts. There is an existing washroom in this location that would require renovating to provide accessibility and accommodate the splash pad mechanical room. The design shall also include: • Supply and install a water service to the proposed splash pad location; • Install pathway connections to the washroom, pavilion and splash pad; • Supply and install benches and landscape features around the splash pad area; Supply and install a Flow-Through system for the splash pad; • Supply and install the desired splash pad;
