Ironstone Impact, the charitable initiative founded by The Ironstone Building Company, is back for another season of community giving, this time with a musical twist. The 2025 campaign, themed “Lip Sync for the WIN!”, invites local charities to showcase their creativity and compete for a share of $150,000, including a grand prize of $100,000.
The annual initiative began in 2020 to mark London-based company’s 10-year anniversary, with a 10-week campaign donating $100,000 to 10 local organizations. Since then, Ironstone Impact has grown into one of London’s most celebrated community giving traditions.
Each week, two charities will face off in a lip sync battle. Winners are determined by online community voting via Ironstone’s website and weekly winners will move on to the finals, while runner-ups receive $1,000.
In the final week, three charities will compete for the $100,000 top prize.
Submissions are open now through Oct. 31, with final winners announced on December 17, 2025. Charities can submit videos and learn more at ironstonebuilt.com
.“Allan and I want to give back to the community,” said Dave Stimac, Ironstone President & Co-founder. “We are born and raised Londoners with a strong attachment to the city. We build here, we employ trades and suppliers here, and we know organizations are having a hard time.”
Charities are encouraged to let their mission shine through song, spirit, and imagination. Videos must include the Ironstone Impact logo and will be shared across Ironstone’s social media platforms for voting and engagement.
