The Town also requires the civil engineering professional to complete an assessment of the existing water distribution network in the Study Area to ensure a full serviced option is available for future development, including any expansions or reinforcements to the water distribution network in the Study Area that may be required. The Study Area is substantially serviced by municipal water today. Project Timeline:• Council award to successful proponent by mid December 2021.• Complete the assessment of downstream sewer capacity for the review by the Town of Bancroft and Hastings County by March 1, 2022.• Completion of Study by October 1, 2022.
