Helmets to Hardhats Canada has recognized several supporters at a recent ceremony, including the Construction Labour Relations Association, Ontario carpenters Local 27 and Labour Minister Monte McNaughton.

It was an opportunity to thank supporters “for their ongoing support of finding Veterans a rewarding second career in the skilled trades.”

H2H works with the community of Building Trades Unions and Employers to ensure registrants receive only the best industry wages, benefits and pension plans and is recognized as a leading service provider by Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans Affairs Canada, and Canada’s 14 building trade unions along with leading industry business owners.

“Working with our incredible military partners, we’re giving those who’ve served the support they need in their careers,” McNaughton said. “Honoured to attend the @H2HCanada lunch hosted by the ISCAO, to thank them for their service to Canada.

“We will never stop having the backs of our men and women in uniform, who are the heroes that risk their lives to give us the freedoms we have.”
