Pomerleau Healthcare Partners (PHP) has been awarded a $1.8 billion contract to design, build and finance a hospital campus in Moosonee.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2030.

The consortium was selected by the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA)  and Infrastructure Ontario (IO) for the project on Moose Factory Island and along Ontario’s James Bay Coast. This project is being delivered using a progressive Public-Private Partnership (P3) Design Build Finance (DBF) model.
