Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) has unveiled the latest upgrades at Scotiabank Arena as part of its ongoing $350 million Reimagination Project, with renovations spanning the 300, 400, and 500 Levels.

The third phase, following extensive summer work, includes a floor-to-ceiling redesign of the 300 Level concourse, a new Loge Club, revamped suites on the 400 and 500 Levels, additional elevator access, a Coors Light Chill Zone, and technology upgrades to the arena’s retail and food-and-beverage offerings.

“As the Scotiabank Arena Reimagination Project progresses, we are proud to share these enhancements with our fans and see them benefit from state-of-the-art upgrades, now extending to the venue’s upper levels,” said Nick Eaves, MLSE chief operating officer.

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. served as construction manager for Phase 3. “Phase three marks another exciting milestone in the arena’s transformation, and PCL is proud to continue contributing to this iconic venue,” said Geoff Howe, senior vice-president and district manager at PCL. “Our team remains dedicated to delivering excellence as we bring MLSE’s vision for a reimagined fan experience to life.”

Completed during the offseason while keeping the arena fully operational, the renovations include:

  • 300 Level Concourse: A comprehensive redesign mirrors upgrades from the 100 Level, adding inclusive spaces like a universal washroom and sensory room, digital LED columns, and new pieces from the Scotiabank Arena Art Collection curated with Sports & The Arts.
  • Loge Club: Eight 500 Level suites were reconfigured into a 100-person social club featuring all-inclusive food, private washrooms, premium views, and direct elevator access.
  • Retail Experience: New rotating walls allow quick switching between Maple Leafs and Raptors merchandise, a Fan Customization Zone enables personalized jerseys, hats, and laser-engraved memorabilia, and dedicated spaces showcase game-worn and autographed items.
  • Food & Beverage: Nine 300 Level bars and concessions were upgraded for faster service, nearly half using ‘Grab and Go’ or Amazon’s ‘Just Walk Out’ technology.
  • 400 and 500 Level Suites: Suites were renovated for visual consistency with the 200 Level Mastercard Executive Suites, including upgraded corridors and washrooms.
  • Technology: Audio, video, and broadcast infrastructure was enhanced, with new digital concession boards, live game displays, and large-format LED screens throughout the venue.

Remaining work during the 2025-26 NHL and NBA seasons will include finishing the 300 Level concourse, redesigning the Coors Light Chill Zone with an expanded social area and a 216-inch LG MAGNIT micro-LED display, and adding a new elevator on the Southwest side for improved accessibility.

Launched in 2023, the Scotiabank Arena Reimagination Project has already introduced new premium spaces, enhanced dining and retail experiences, advanced audio-visual technology, and a curated art collection throughout the arena. Future construction phases are expected to be announced in the coming months.
