UCDSB is seeking to pre-qualify experienced and reputable General Contractors to perform renovation and/or addition projects at school facilities with an estimated construction value of over $100,000.This pre-qualification process is intended to identify contractors with a proven track record in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction sector who possess the technical expertise, resources, and capacity to deliver high-quality construction projects within occupied school environments. UCDSB is not seeking project management firms or construction managers acting solely in an oversight capacity, but rather full-service General Contractors capable of directly managing and executing construction work in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and Board standards. The outcome of this process will be a roster of qualified General Contractors eligible to bid on upcoming school renovation and addition projects across the district.
